National Domestic Abuse Helpline is dedicated to providing 24/7, free and confidential support and information by phone and online chat. We are here for women & children in the United Kingdom who may require support with abuse & domestic violence, sexual abuse.
When you reach out to us you will talk with one of our trained and supportive counselors or volunteers who will collaborate with you to find solutions while giving you an empathetic and compassionate ear. They have expertise and understanding in how to help people going through difficulties similar to what you are. We recognise that difficult mental health or crisis experiences can happen at any time, so we are available 24 hours a day, every day of the week.
