ThroughLine can suspend or terminate your access if:

When access is terminated:

• You must stop using the Service immediately
• These terms still apply to your past use

11. Maintenance and Updates

ThroughLine may perform scheduled or emergency maintenance that makes this Service temporarily unavailable. We'll try to minimize disruptions but can't guarantee continuous availability.

12. Force Majeure

ThroughLine is not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, wars, epidemics, or government actions.

Governing Law: These terms are governed by New Zealand law, and any disputes will be handled in New Zealand courts.
