Shout provides 24/7, free, compassionate and confidential support over text message. Anyone in the UK can text 'Shout' to 85258 at any time of day or night to be connected to one of our trained, clinically-supervised volunteers. They will have a conversation with you and text back and forth, in order to understand what issues you may be facing and work with you to help you feel calmer.
