Zelfmoordlijn 1813 is dedicated to providing free, compassionate, and confidential support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via phone and online chat. We are here for everyone in Flanders who may be struggling or seeking support related to suicidal thoughts.

Our mission is suicide prevention. If you are thinking about suicide, or if you are concerned about warning signs in someone else, we encourage you to reach out to us for support.

When you contact us, you will be connected with one of our friendly and trained volunteers who have experience supporting people in situations like yours. They will listen with care, help you explore your story and feelings, and work together with you to find ways to cope with your challenges.

Anyone can contact us, regardless of age, gender, ethnicity, or religious beliefs. We are always available. Our services are free and accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
