Family Lives Helpline offers free, compassionate and confidential support by phone. We exist to help adults in the United Kingdom who may need emotional support with their parenting, family life and issues affecting their wellbeing.

Regardless of what you're experiencing, whether it's a mental health crisis or wellbeing support, we will support you, for free.

When you reach out to us you will talk with one our friendly and supportive volunteers who will collaborate with you to find solutions while giving you an empathetic and compassionate ear. They have expertise and understanding in how to help people going through difficulties similar to what you are.
