National Sexual Health Helpline is dedicated to providing free and confidential support over phone. We are here to help everyone in the United Kingdom who may require support with pregnancy & abortion, relationships, sexual abuse, or anything else related to sexual health.

When you contact us you will talk with one of our trained counselors who will listen to you with empathy and understanding, and work together with you to find a meaningful way foward. They are experienced in knowing how to help people who have challenges like what you are going through. Anyone may call and get support. We help everyone, regardless of age, gender, religious views, or nationality.
