About NSPCC Helpline

NSPCC Helpline is dedicated to providing free and confidential support over the phone. We help adults and young people in the United Kingdom who may want to discuss a child welfare concern. The Helpline can also be contacted via [email protected].

When you contact us you will talk with one of our trained counsellors. They will listen to you, unpack your story and feelings, and work with you to help you through your concerns. They can also contact local services if there is a risk to children that needs to be investigated. Anyone can contact us, regardless of their age, gender, ethnicity or religious beliefs.
