Get free, confidential support from a depression hotline in Denmark

Depression can look different in different people, but it is generally experienced as a low mood that continues for at least two weeks. If you're depressed you may feel sad, hopeless, and unmotivated.

If you're in Denmark and experiencing these symptoms, there are 7 helplines ready to help:

  • Things that used to bring you joy mean nothing to you now

Even though depression symptoms may feel overwhelming, they are not uncommon. It is normal to find yourself depressed at some point. With the right help, you can deal with feelings of sadness and hopelessness.
