Get free, confidential support from a depression hotline in Finland

Depression can look different in different people, but it is generally experienced as a low mood that continues for at least two weeks. If you're depressed you may feel sad, hopeless, and unmotivated.

If you're in Finland and experiencing these symptoms, there are 6 helplines ready to help:
